Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Green Lake, Seattle, WA.
“We were moving to Seattle from Texas on a deadline with two small kids, and were buying a house in Seattle while still living in Texas (stressful?). I don’t think we could have succeeded in getting this house if not for Yvonne. For starters, Yvonne is very patient and flexible. We had just a couple of very short trips to find a place, and we also were very specific about what we wanted (and spoiled with the cheap and spacious TX real estate). The Seattle inventory was limited, market was hot, and we had to see a LOT of options before finding something that fit. Yvonne was extremely patient, helpful and very responsive! She really went the extra mile to make sure we found the place that fit our rather difficult expectations. Second, the process of buying a house in TX is very different from Seattle. Yvonne basically educated and guided us in every step here as we were clueless on what to do. We got the house (that had multiple offers), and we love living here. Also, she is an awesome and friendly person, which makes her a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Yvonne!l
