I worked with Kim during during my relocation to Seattle from Philadelphia. I had never been to Seattle before and Kim was incredibly patient and helpful in explaining some of the different neighborhoods and their pros and cons. She provided an extensive list of potential rental properties and arranged tours of my top selections, transporting me to and from each and accompanying me to ensure everything went smoothly. What an amazing experience with Kim. I'm from Florida and was so nervous about this move to WA state. But as soon as I met Kim, I knew I would be in good hands. Even before meeting her, she sent me all the information I needed and it was very organized and within the budget I initially set up. It was so hard to make a decision in the end bc all the spots were really good! Moving far away from family & friends is already a tough experience but having Kim by my side really helped during the process of looking for a new place. She even asked questions I didn't think of. I'm moving to Seattle from Los Angeles for work and signed up for one of Kim Reidy's half-day tours. I had never been to Seattle before and knew almost nothing about the different neighborhoods. Kim was incredible. She took me all around Belltown, Lower Queen Anne, and South Lake Union — the areas surrounding my new workplace — and gave me a real feel for what it's like to live there. She helped me identify seven apartment buildings to tour, drove me around the city, and educated me on the character and vibe of each area. I appreciated how she told me about the history of Seattle, where food, the arts, and groceries are. My advice to future clients is to tell her your preferences! Kim is OUTSTANDING. I haven't had a service like hers before. She took so much of the stress out of my life for finding/touring new apartments, especially because I do not own a car. Kim was awesome. She put together a very comprehensive list of places to visit on my one-day tour. We just wrapped up a very successful 4.5 hour, eight apartment-visit day. After trying on my own to determine where precisely I wanted to live and essentially failing, Kim helped me learn about neighborhoods, filled my schedule and assisted me in closing in on the apartment I'm now renting, all on fairly short notice and despite frankly bad communication on my part. Kim was such a great help in our move into the Seattle area from out of state. Working with Kim was great! Moving from Tennessee to Seattle made the logistics of finding a place to rent rather daunting for us. We knew we had a limited to time to find a place to rent and knew very little about the area. Kim's service to help find rental properties for us was worth its weight in gold! She performed so much of the leg work for us prior to our visit, kept us updated with new listings, and was easy to coordinate "touring" with when we arrived in Seattle. When we moved to Seattle, Kim helped us to find a great house to rent. She found several different properties for us to view that were exactly what we asked for - pet friendly, standalone home in a quiet area close to public transit. I met Kim Reidy when I decided to relocate from Tampa, Fl to Seattle, Wa, with absolutely no local knowledge of the city.
